Warrior Strength Programing
Monday – Lower Strong – This class is designed to build an incredibly strong lower half of the body, that can also endure the stresses of the world. Whether you want strong legs to climb mountains, to stay healthy while running or to help you keep up with your day-to-day activities this class will create the legs of a true warrior.
Tuesday – Upper Strong – Having a functionally strong upper body, helps a Warrior get through the daily rigors of life. This class will help increase the strength and endurance in the upper body. If that’s not enough, this workout will help sculpt and shape your body, so that you can also look like a warrior.
Wednesday – Supple Warrior – Warriors need to be able to move well. Their joints need to be healthy; they need to have a stable base and they need to have good balance. This class is designed to work on all the often-neglected aspects of fitness and health, that will help ensure that we all stay healthy, mobile, and agile.
Thursday – Posterior Chain – The back side of the body is an often-neglected part of fitness. Weak glutes and backs are very common in most people and lead to a lot of chronic injuries. The posterior chain offers a ton of power and warriors can harness that power to help conquer their everyday lives. This class will help sculpt your back and glutes so that you too can have the power of a true warrior.
Friday – Core Cardio Tabata – Warriors need to be able to turn on the jets on demand. They need to be able to go from zero to hero in a split second. Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of extremely hard work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This class will help bullet proof your core, lungs, and heart and will also ensure that you too can turn into a hero on demand. Be prepared to sweat like a warrior.
Saturday – Ultimate Warrior – The Ultimate Warrior puts everything together. This class challenges everything that a Warrior is and can be. There will a combination of strength, endurance, speed, mobility, balance, and grit. Regardless of where you are on your fitness journey, this class will challenge you like no other class around. You don’t need to be an ultimate warrior to do this class, but in time, it will turn you into one!
Sunday –Warriors Rest – Let the mind, body and spirit take a break, to heal and recharge. Even God took the 7th day off. As should we.
